Target-market compliance planning starts before production. Product classification, intended use, age grading and destination market determine the applicable requirements. For toy projects, these may include EN 71 and CE-marking requirements for the EU, or ASTM F963 and CPSIA requirements for the United States. Electric-toy and other product-specific requirements are reviewed separately where applicable.

Operators assemble the product in controlled stages while checking component fit, cable routing, fastening and overall appearance against approved requirements.

Finished units are charged and operated in batches to screen charging behavior, power response and product consistency before they are released for packing. The test plan follows the approved specification and any applicable destination-market requirements for the product category.
VERIFIED PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
Three heating levels are defined for this case product. Functional checks confirm control response, heating stability and automatic shut-off behaviour before final packout.
Target temperatures, level counts and control logic are defined separately for each customer project according to the approved product specification.

Final appearance, accessories, protective covers, retail packaging, labels and carton quantities are reviewed before finished goods move into the shipment area. Inspection plans are adapted to each product’s materials, functions and destination-market requirements, with finished goods reviewed against the agreed AQL sampling plan before release.
