Responsible manufacturing starts with controls that can be seen and reviewed on the production floor: organized work areas, stable equipment settings, clear material handling and documented checks.
Our focus is to reduce avoidable loss while maintaining the product, safety and quality requirements agreed for each project.

Practical improvements that can be managed, documented and reviewed throughout production.
Material selection follows approved project requirements. During injection molding, stable settings and controlled handling help reduce variation and unnecessary scrap.
Offcuts and production waste are evaluated by source. Any reuse is considered only where the product design, safety standard and customer specification allow it.
Preventive maintenance, order sequencing and repeatable process controls can reduce avoidable rejects, machine stoppages and repeated setup work.
Corrugated cartons are folded and glued in our own
packaging area rather than bought in,
which keeps box dimensions tied to the product they have to protect.
Paper stock is FSC certified.

Figures reflect regular production. Runner regrind is returned to production on site rather than sold as waste, and outer packaging is designed for reuse in the supply chain. Project-level breakdowns are available on request.
SOCIAL COMPLIANCE
Sustainability is not only about material. Working hours, pay, health and safety and the right to organise are audited by third parties rather than self-declared. All three audits below were carried out in 2025, and our most recent amfori BSCI monitoring returned an A rating, the highest band in the scheme.
