Our 10,000 m² manufacturing facility supports coordinated production, inspection and short-term finished-goods storage. Custom toy orders are counted, labeled and staged according to the approved packing list and delivery schedule.
We support short-term warehousing for shipment-ready toy orders, coordinate carton identification and keep different SKUs or destination batches organized before pickup.
Storage scope and timing are confirmed project by project so production completion, packaging inspection and freight booking remain aligned.
Production release, storage arrangements and collection timing are coordinated before dispatch.
Finished toy orders remain identified by carton, SKU and delivery batch while awaiting pickup.
Carton counts, shipping marks and forwarder instructions are checked before goods are released.
Retail packaging and master cartons are prepared for stacking, handling and export shipment.
Warehousing and logistics are coordinated with production, quality control and packaging rather than treated as a separate final step. Once an order is approved for release, carton information, pickup requirements and delivery timing are reviewed so the shipment can move from the factory to the confirmed carrier or buyer-nominated forwarder with fewer handoff issues.
Before dispatch, packaged volume, carton dimensions, destination and required arrival window are reviewed to help identify a suitable shipping route.
Custom toy samples and small urgent parcels can be arranged by express courier or air freight. Larger OEM/ODM toy orders can be prepared for sea freight and handed over to the confirmed logistics provider.
Freight charges, transit estimates and import requirements are confirmed separately according to the destination and agreed trade terms.
